Community Engagement Event Sundorne and Harlescott

Your Local Safer Neighbourhood Team have held a Community Engagement Event at the Harlescott Community hub on Mount Pleasant Road, Harlescott, Shrewsbury today.

It was great to meet members of the local community to chat about our number 1 topic of today... dog-fouling 🐕 
Dog-fouling is against the law, especially when it comes to dog-fouling in public spaces. Dog owners are legally required to clean up after their dogs in public spaces, such as parks and pavements. Failure to do so may result in a Fixed penalty Notice of up to £100, escalating to a fine of up to £1000 if unpaid. Exceptions include owners of assistance dogs. 
Dog-fouling will not be tolerated so please pick up and dispose of accordingly in council bins or your own rubbish bin.
