I just wanted to let you know of the great work of officers working Overtime on OP Centurion.

If you don't follow Blackpool police on Facebook please give it a thought as you can catch up on more success stories and what officers are doing to tackle crime within your area.

This post is from officers last week, where in the last 3 months 65 illegal E-bikes and scooters from 1st November-31st January were seized.

Officers have been out across Blackpool, Fylde, Wyre and Lancaster as part of Operation Centurion, cracking down on the illegal and anti-social use of e-bikes, e-scooters and nuisance motor bikes.

These Vehicles can cause serious harm when ridden irresponsibly and we know they are a concern for our communities. We won't tolerate behaviour that puts our communities at risk and will work year round to remove illegal motors from our streets, but also educate people on the dangers these motors can bring.
