Drink drive arrest - Kingsbury

Dear Resident

At approximately 14:40 hours last Thursday (12/2/26) officers attended a report of a collision on Trinity Road, Kingsbury between a public bus and a car.

Upon police arrival the driver of the car was clearly well intoxicated and arrested.

The road was closed, fire service and ambulance were also required at the scene

The picture is the footwell of the drivers car.

The driver whom was a local male also had a revoked licence.

He subsequently failed to provide a sample for a breath test so was ultimately charged with various offences.

The driver and elderly bus passengers fortunately escaped with minor injuries.
