👮♀️ Bardon Beat Weekly Update👮♀️ 😁 Dear Community Members,😁 We are pleased to present this week's update regarding the priorities you have identified as significant for our community. 🚗 Speeding🚗 Numerous patrols were conducted in the Bardon Beat area, specifically addressing concerns about speeding. Officers engaged with two individuals regarding their driving conduct on Chapel Street and Ashby Road in Ibstock. 🚫 Parking🚫 Parking enforcement activities were carried out throughout the week at various schools within the Bardon Beat area, including Whitwick and Hugglescote. We are pleased to report that the majority of drivers exhibited considerate and acceptable parking behavior. However, three individuals were addressed regarding improper parking in a bus stop and on double yellow lines. All three cooperated and rectified their parking without incident. 🚨 Anti-Social Behaviour 🚨 High visibility patrols were conducted in Greenhill, Agar Nook, and Thringstone in response to community concerns regarding anti-social behavior (ASB). We have received reports from residents and are committed to taking constructive action. Additionally, we conducted a collaborative patch walk with North West Leicestershire Council in the Greenhill area to address these concerns collectively. Furthermore, two of our dedicated beat officers participated in an open day in the Agar Nook area alongside East Midlands Housing, where they engaged with community members and attentively listened to any concerns expressed. Thank you for your continued support and involvement in making our community a safer place. Kind regards, Bardon Beat Team #BardonBeatTeam #InYourCommunity |
