Atherstone Safer Neighbourhood Team – Shop Theft Report 🚔

Earlier today, officers from Atherstone Safer Neighbourhood Team received a report via the Retail Radio network regarding a shop theft at the Co‑Op on Long Street, Atherstone.

Following timely updates from store staff and the council CCTV network, officers conducted a short blue‑light run to locate the vehicle involved. The car was successfully brought to a stop on the A5 in Grendon.

Two occupants were identified in possession of stolen items, which have now been recovered. Both individuals will be reported for the offences.
