Joint Parking enforcement

On Tuesday 10th February, there was a joint parking enforcement operation on Camberwell Station road with Southwark council.

The operation was in direct response to complaints that the local mechanics were using resident's parking bays to store and work on vehicles in the street.

12 cars were seized by Southwark Council for a number of reasons, including no road tax, unroadworthy and counterfeit disabled badges.

2 cars were seized by Police for being driven by mechanics without insurance and or driving licences.
