Liaising with Redbridge Recovery Hub Team On Ilford Lane

It was great to meet with the area manager and other members of the Redbridge Recovery Hub on Ilford Lane this evening. The Redbridge Recovery Hub (run by Hestia and located at the Ilford Engagement Hub) provides mental health support, advice, and , for some , a place of safety which may involve , or be in addition to , Police Intervention for those in crisis. 

This team do great work as they give 'Free mental health support for individuals aged 18 & above. Its a Safe, Inviting and Inclusive space where residents of Redbridge can simply turn up with no appointment necessary. An appointment can be organised following a referral made by a professional.
