Witness and dash cam appeal after serious collision on A505 |

Police are appealing for witnesses, information and dash cam footage after a serious collision on the A505 in Hitchin. At 5.40pm yesterday (Tuesday 11 February), a silver Ford Kuga was travelling from Luton towards Hitchin when it was involved in a collision with a grey BMW 320I at the junction with Carters Lane. The driver of the Ford, a man aged in his 60s was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The passenger, a woman aged in her 50s, were taken to hospital with minor injuries. PC Jason Appleby, from the Roads Policing Unit, said: “Our enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances, and we are appealing for anyone with information to please come forward. “If you have dash cam footage in relation to the collision, please upload this at herts.police.uk/dashcamupload.
