THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE - ADVICE

Good afternoon White Hart Lane,

Unfortunately there have been a number of car thefts in the local area within the past few weeks. Please find below some crime prevention advice relating to thefts of motor vehicles:

Keep keys in signal-blocking containers where you can.

Install a tracking system in your vehicle to increase the likelihood of recovery.

Ensure valuables are kept out of sight, or not in the vehicle.

Lock your vehicle every time you are out of the car.

Park in well-lit areas near other vehicles, and consider installing a dashcam and/or CCTV.

We will be out and about today on the ward and will deal with any calls for service we can.
