Appeal following theft in Hemel Hempstead |

Officers are appealing for witnesses, information and dashcam footage following a theft in Hemel Hempstead. The incident occurred at a roundabout on Redbourn Road near to St Agnells Lane and Link Road between 7.25am and 7.35am on Saturday 24 January. It is reported that the victim was driving his van when tools and equipment fell on to the road. The victim returned to the location shortly after to retrieve the items, but they had been taken. PC Nicole Goodyer said: “We are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have been travelling in the area at the time and witnessed what happened. If you have a dashcam fitted, please review your footage as you may have captured something that could assist our investigation.
