GMP Fraud event and BITL recruitment

Good afternoon residents 

This morning GMP fraud team colleague Lee Parkin and I attended the Community centre on Brownedge Road , Holts Estate in Oldham, provided a presentation on scams and types of fraud and how to spot a scam and avoid it as well how to report a scam to your bank 

I was also speaking about being safe and asking residents to become members of the ever growing Bee In The Loop scheme which is led by the Police .

To join the scheme you can search online for Bee In The Loop and simply follow the how to join instructions and then receive free texts or email notifications from your local neighbourhood Officers

You will receive information about what's happening on your streets and you can be amongst the first to know about incidents and emergencies
