Late shifts

I am working today on a late shift and will be taking out TDC Nathan with me who needs to get some more experience around stopping and searching people. 

We continue to arrest drug dealers and your support around intel and updates is vital in the fight against crime. 

We are also dealing with another death, this time amongst our street drinkers. He was only 39 and it is another sad end to a story. He was troubled and a huge personality, but it is still very sad. 

I am going to be on the Mount and try and cover as much of the Town centre as possible. Our new officers are only 2 weeks from joining us so all being well, the continued improvements around the town centre will continue to be seen and felt by you all.

We will always have to live with each other, it is one of the things that is a fact of life in London. For all the successful people with great family's, jobs and lives, there are those who fall short and struggle with addiction. It is our job to ensure the struggles they face don't impact too much on the lives of others.
