Neighbourhood Watch continues to operate as an active, volunteer led charity across England and Wales. It focuses on preventing crime, strengthening community awareness, and adapting to modern risks such as cybercrime through digital tools and partnership working. Local groups form the core of the movement, supported by a national network.
