Higham Hill SNT, Chapel End SNT & CYP Officers Attend Waltham Forest College Careers Fair

As part of National Apprenticeship Week, officers from the Higham Hill Safer Neighbourhood Team, together with CYP officers, attended the Waltham Forest College Careers Fair to engage with students exploring future career paths. The teams spoke with young people about the various routes into policing, including apprenticeships, the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA), and other entry pathways. Officers shared insights into neighbourhood policing and youth-focused roles, answered questions about training and development, and encouraged students to consider the wide range of opportunities within the Metropolitan Police Service. Their presence also helped strengthen positive relationships with local young people.
