Sentenced

Yesterday Harry Stones, 32 of Blackrocks Avenue, Matlock appeared at Derby Crown Court and has been sentenced to 9 months custodial sentence after breaching his Criminal Behaviour Order whereby on 15th January 2026 he attended the area of Matlock which was prohibited by the order made by Derby Crown Court on 23/07/2025 contrary to S339(1) and (2) of the sentencing act 2020.
