On Saturday night, Bromley Emergency Response Team were out on marked vehicle patrol in Biggin Hill.
During their patrol, officers had reason to suspect two persons being in possession of a controlled drug, who were subsequently detained for the purpose of a search.
Resulting in 2 males arrested for possession with intent to supply drugs (PWITS).
Not only is this good news in combatting drug supply within our community, we hope this provides reassurance to the community that even if your local policing team are not on duty, that officers from the BCU do patrol the ward.
Bromley Emergency Response Team are 24hrs and will always respond to emergency calls, however, in between taking calls, they do patrol your ward, whether your local policing team are on duty or not.
