🌦️  PCSO Ashton – Tibshelf Foot Patrol & Cyber Guardians Visit 👮‍♂️💻

With the lovely weather today (⛈️ ) I’ve been out on foot around Tibshelf engaging with our community and enjoying the sunshine.

I also had the pleasure of visiting Tibshelf Infant School to catch up with their fantastic Cyber Guardians.
We held a short meeting to put together some questions for a quiz, which the Guardians then took into three classes to see what the children remembered from our previous assemblies on staying safe online. 

It was great to see how much they’d taken in about using phones, tablets and laptops safely.

Executive Head Mrs Boswell shared:

“Cyber Guardians are a group of children from the Infant school who promote the importance of staying safe online and knowing who to go to if you are worried. Last term they delivered an assembly about online safety, and today they visited three classes to run a quiz. The Cyber Guardians gave out stickers to the children who listened brilliantly! PCSO Ashton even got a sticker too!” ⭐

A huge thank you to the staff and children for having me today. 

I look forward to more visits and to working together on our upcoming project around local traffic issues.
