Heading out this weekend? Whether it’s a day out or a big night out, we want you to have a great time — and get home safely. Here are a few simple reminders to help keep you and your friends safe:

Enjoy yourself, but pace your drinking. Alcohol can hit harder than you expect — especially on an empty stomach. There are plenty of great non-alcoholic options available too.

👥 Stay With Your Group

If you go out with friends, stay together and keep an eye on one another throughout the night.

📱 Look After Your Phone

Keep your phone secure and be mindful when using it in busy places. Thieves look for easy opportunities.

🥤 Don’t Accept Drinks From Strangers

Keep your drinks with you, stay alert, and never take drugs.

🚕 Use Licensed Transport Only

Make sure you’re getting into a registered taxi. Look out for official taxi marshals who are there to help.
