Community Message – Have Your Say on Police Station Experience

West Mercia Police would like to encourage all members of the community to take part in a new survey focused on your expectations when visiting a police station.

This consultation, initiated by the Police and Crime Commissioner, aims to ensure that the public’s views shape how police stations are accessed, how services are delivered, and how the experience can be improved in the future.

Your opinions will help:

Identify what the public values most when attending a station

Highlight any barriers or frustrations you may have experienced

Support ongoing improvements to make stations more welcoming, accessible, and effective
