News from your Neighbourhood Policing Team for Mutley, Mannamead, Compton, Lipson, Laira, Greenbank & Mount Gould

We have been very busy this past week. Saturday night saw the team deployed in the City Centre and Mutley Plain during our Evening and Night Time Economy to prevent disorder and make sure people keep safe on their nights out. 

We have also been conducting patrols on foot this week around North Hill, Mutley Plain and deterring youth ASB in Collings Park and Hollycroft Woods.

PCSO's Ricky and Tyler have been to speaking to safeguarding staff at local schools in partnership with the child centered policing team, as well as catching up with local councillors. 

PCSO's Ella, Ricky and Tyler have attended two “coffee with cops” meetings this week at The Box and Starbucks (Mutley Plain)

PC's Lynch and Steer-Frost have also utilised Public Spaces Protection Orders to remove people using Napier Terrace Car Park as a dwelling, with all rubbish, empty bottles and paraphernalia being cleared up in rapid time. One male was also arrested yesterday after an investigation linked to shoplifting.
