We are writing to inform you that the forthcoming Ward Panel Meeting, scheduled to take place on 12/02/2026, has been cancelled due to unforeseen operational commitments.
We appreciate that these meetings are an important opportunity for local residents to engage with the Safer Neighbourhood Team, raise concerns, and discuss local policing priorities. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this cancellation may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please be assured that arrangements are being made to reschedule the meeting at the earliest possible opportunity. Once confirmed, the new date, time, and venue details will be communicated to all residents.
