Business burglary

We received a report early yesterday morning from a business on Wheaton Aston Road, Longnor, to say that their premises had been broken into. The locks on the gates were smashed to allow entry and offenders have stolen power tools, electrical fuse boards and contactors, all worth approx £6,000. 

If anyone has any information in relation to this burglary or if anyone nearby has CCTV of any suspicious people or vehicles overnight 3rd - 4th February, please call 101 and quote incident 122 of 4/2/2026.

Please also review your security at rural businesses and locations; ensure any motion sensor lights and cameras are in working order and consider driveway/perimeter alarms if your or any other residential properties around would hear the audible warning alarm when beams broken.
