IN THE HEART OF THE COMMUNITY - VISIT TO STENSON FIELDS

Residents say they love to see officers on foot, patrolling their villages.

Today, (Thursday 5 February), your local officer joined elected representatives for visible patrols in Stenson Fields.

In heavy rain and blustery conditions, Mercia Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) linked up with Councillor Matt Benfield from Derbyshire County Council and representatives from Stenson Fields Parish Council.

Discussions took place about road safety - and a special visit to the wonderful and friendly Stenson Fields Community Primary School was completed.
