I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Road safety and road traffic offences including speeding, driving uninsured tax, using mobile phone no seatbelt whilst driving or Drink/drug driving, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey. Today Neighbourhood officers carried out speeding enforcement on Billing Lane, Crestwood Road, Fishponds Road and Eastern Avenue North, Northampton. During that time two tickets were issued for speeding and several instances of words of advice were given for other issues. If you ever experience this issue or have information regarding an incident, please report it using our online reporting tools at www.northants.police.uk, speak to an operator in our Force Communications Room via our online web chat or call the non-emergency number 101.
