Dear Resident,
As part of the ongoing pledge to reducing violence against women and girls, we want every women to be given the opportunity to feel safe where they live, work, learn or socialise. As such Thanet Community Safety Partnership is supporting a FREE Self-Defence Session.
That's right, FREE SELF-DEFENCE SESSION.
Working with AMK Krav Maga and Rock Solid, TCSP are hosting a self-defence and wellbeing session on 19th February 2026. Running From 16:30 to 19:30, you will be taken through basic break away techniques and other activities along with other women from your area.
