Highgate Team assisted with arrest of Wanted offender on 02/02/2026

Apologies for the duplicate message, the dates were incorrect in the previous,  

I would like to share some good news with you,

Highgate dedicated ward officer PC James HAMMER - BAILEY was out on patrol on Kentish Town Rd, NW5 yesterday 02/02/2026 in the late evening where he was flagged down by members of the public due to suspect shoplifting and causing disturbance. Suspect was quickly arrested for assaulting staff and further arrested for theft totalling to about £100. The suspect was also Wanted and a prolific offender for shoplifting and burglary offences.
