Supporting Communities with Fraud Prevention Advice

Over the past few months, our Fraud Protect team has been out and about across Newark and Sherwood, speaking with residents and sharing practical fraud‑prevention advice.

Working alongside local neighbourhood policing teams, the team has engaged with more than 2,500 residents of all ages through presentations at colleges, banking hubs, carers’ groups, wellbeing fairs and even the Hickling Scarecrow Show!

During these events, they’ve also provided support and guidance to individuals who have been affected by fraud.

Our Fraud Protect team are happy to carry out presentations to any groups, societies, colleges or organisations, and can adapt to the needs and requirements of any audience of any age.
