Wednesfield Police and City of Wolverhampton Council are holding a drop-in engagement session today, Tuesday, 3 February 2026, at 18:00 - 20:00

. Officers and council staff will be available to discuss the proposed Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) for the retail and leisure park.

Purpose: To gather resident and visitor feedback on plans to tackle anti-social behaviour (ASB) in the area.

Key Proposal Features:

Dispersal Powers: Ability to ask groups of three or more to leave if they are suspected of causing a nuisance.
Face Coverings: Power to request the removal of face coverings where there is no reasonable excuse (medical or religious).
Targeted Area: Specifically designed to address youth-related ASB while ensuring the park remains welcoming for shoppers.
