School engagement

PCSO's Hall and Crossley have attended LIFT Feversham, as part of the school's Careers Week to talk to the children about the variety of roles within the Police. 

An activity was set up involving a mini crime scene, where the children volunteered to take on different policing roles and work together to “solve” the scenario.

The pupils were very engaged and enthusiastic, particularly when they had the opportunity to explore the police car. They enjoyed trying out the lights and sirens and asked lots of thoughtful questions about policing and community safety.

Overall, it was a great interactive session, helping the children understand how the Police support and protect the community.
