Fraudulent Car Buyers

Dear residents, 

Please be aware there have been a number of reported incidents where two or more people will come and view a car for sale. The pair (or more) will try and distract the seller and tamper with the engine causing it to become faulty. They will then try and purchase the vehicle at a discounted price. 

Please report any incidents of this nature via 101, 999 or Online as appropriate.
