Visit to St Wystan's Church, Repton

Mercia Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) visited St Wystan's Church in Repton today, (Sunday 1 February 2026).

It was lovely to catch-up with the Reverend Steve Short and many members of the congregation.

A great number of people in attendance raised concerns about the scale of the planned road works in the local area over the coming months. Reassurance was provided that meetings are taking place to discuss this issue and Councillor Matt Benfield, who represents Repton at Derbyshire County Council, is liaising with the Highways Department.
