SPEED ENFORCEMENT

Following on from numerous reports of speeding vehicles in the village of Hixon , Neighbourhood officers have carried out a series of Speed enforcement operations last week in Hixon and other areas reporting similar . 

The operation in Hixon resulted in three fixed penalty notices being issues by post for speeding vehicles . 

A majority of vehicles did adhere to the speed limit.
