Cold Callers

Residents are being advised to exercise caution should you receive a knock on the door from a cold caller, whether the caller is trying to sell goods or plead for a charitable donation towards a worthy cause.

DO NOT invite these people into your home

DO NOT disclose any bank details that would allow a direct debit from your bank account.

These callers can be very convincing, and what is purported to be a worthy cause could very well turn out to be a scam.

If in doubt, DO NOT engage with the caller
