Inconsiderate parking on Ayres Road

Driver of this vehicle obviously had NO consideration for public, Wheelchair , mobility scooter users safety, by not only obstructing the dropped kerb but the complete pavement. This was clearly putting public safety at risk by having them to navigate on to the road to go round.
