Section 35 Dispersal Zone for Chelsea vs West Ham

The upcoming football fixture tomorrow between Chelsea FC and West Ham United FC has been assessed as High risk due to intelligence indicating the potential for disorder, anti-social behaviour, and crowd-related issues. 

To mitigate this, a Section 35 Order has been granted between 1200-2359 hours on the 31st January 2026.

The Section 35 dispersal zone will provide officers with the authority to disperse individuals or groups whose presence is likely to contribute to crime, disorder, or anti-social behaviour.
