"A child age 16 year who cannot be named for legal reasons was seen riding a scooter through CCTV in ATHERSTONE. The child has been given a conditional discharge for 9 Months after been found to be riding a stolen bike and not having any insurance or driving licence. they have also had 6 points placed on their driving licence which will show when they apply for a driving licence. " PC TAYLOR commented this is a positive result and shows the police will deal with minors through the court system and just because they are a minor does not mean they will get away with crime"
