Car seized for causing an obstruction

Dear Resident,

This car was reported blocking a pavement - forcing pedestrians onto the road in Lincoln Road, Werrington, on Friday morning. 

Neighbourhood officers issued a ticket and seized the car for causing an obstruction.

While this may seem like a non-issue for some, parking like this puts pedestrians at risk, especially wheelchair users and those with pushchairs.
