Dear Resident
We are appealing for information after an incident of multiple vehicle interferences (trying car door handles) in Senwick Drive, Wellingborough.
The incident occurred on 29th January 2026 between 1.50am and 2am whilst multiple vehicles were parked on Senwick Drive, Wellingborough. An unknown person on a push bike was seen to be trying door handles on multiple vehicles on Senwick Drive around the above times. We are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information relating to this incident, or that may have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or seen anything suspicious. The cost to repair damage to the vehicle will usually exceed the value of the theft Drivers of some Toyota and Honda vehicles and some 4 x 4’s should install measures to deter theft of catalytic converts e.g Catloc | Catalytic Convertor Theft Protection Lock your vehicle every time you leave it, even for a short period Check windows are fully closed Do not leave keys inside the vehicle Consider security measures such as steering wheel locks, alarms, and dashcams Report suspicious activity immediately via 101 or 999 in an emergency
