Vehicle Recovered - No Insurance

On Wednesday 28th January PC Walsh & PCSO Fox from the Moorside Neighbourhood team noticed a white Hyundai parked on Gorse Bank, Bury. Officers recognised the driver and suspected that they did not hold a valid drivers licence, when officers approached the vehicle the driver decided that they did not wish to engage with officers and proceeded to drive off.

After a few minutes of searching around the surrounding area the vehicle was located abandoned a few streets away, vehicle was seized by police and the driver will be receiving a summons for driving without insurance and not holding a valid drivers licence.
