Great Lever Community Alliance Meeting : Mon 09 Feb 16:00

Good Evening

The Great Lever Community Alliance will be hosting the next meeting for all Great Lever on Monday 9th February 4pm-5:15pm at St Michaels School, Green Lane, Bolton BL3 2PL

In the last meeting in December 2025 It was fantastic to see so many residents, groups, and partners in the room, sharing ideas, experiences, and a genuine passion for our community. The energy, openness, and honesty in the discussion really showed the strength of Great Lever. Local partners such as the Councillors, GMP, Bolton at Home, Bolton Council and other agencies attended and was a positive outcome from all parties involved.

As the group move forward, we’d love to encourage more people to step forward and get involved:

Chair Suggestions & Nominations

We welcome suggestions or nominations from the community members for the role of Community Alliance Chair. This role is about bringing people together, helping guide conversations, and ensuring community voices remain at the heart of our work. If you know someone who would be a great fit — or if that person might be you!!

Join a Sub-Group

There are also opportunities to get involved through the smaller sub-group, with a focus on supporting the alliance to mobile and addressing key priorities in the alliance such as education, environment, health and wellbeing, and community connections. This group is a great way to turn ideas into action and make a real difference in Great Lever.

You don’t need to have all the answers — just a willingness to contribute, collaborate, and care about Great Lever. Every voice matter, and together we can build something positive, inclusive, and lasting.
