Crime Alert - Theft of a Vehicle

Dear Resident,

Humberside Police are investigating a report of a Theft of a vehicle from Calder Drive Snaith .

The incident occurred between 2030hrs on 25th Janurary 2026. The offender(s) approached from the back of the house, entered the property and took the car keys from the house before stealing the vehicle from the drive. The vehicle was a grey Range Rover.

If you have any CCTV footage (including video doorbell), saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area around this time or have any information about the offenders please contact the police on the non-emergency number 101 quoting occurrence ref: 26000011418.

To reduce the risk of your vehicle being stolen, please read through the below advice -

Keep your vehicle locked at all times

Make sure your vehicle alarm is set if it has one.

Consider using a steering wheel lock, we recommend Secured by Design accredited products.

Don't leave your keys or fobs where they can be easily found.

If your vehicle has keyless entry, use a faraday pouch to prevent a relay theft.

Park your vehicle in a garage if you can, or in a secure location.

If you have CCTV, park your vehicle where it will be covered.
