You have been listened too...

Just an update on the policing situation. We were given PC Kam until his move to Response Team came through, but uncharacteristically for the Met, that move came through the day he started with us. So he is just with us for the next two shifts and starts his new job Monday.

We have been told we are officially getting a New PC in February and a PCSO around the same time. These will be Lawrence and Ahmed. Who are experienced in their roles and so hopefully will be able to hit the ground running.

I am going to continue working Late shifts for the short term and try and get a grip on our problem areas. This will allow us to begin a period of arrest and enforcement when the rest of the team takes shape. 

I will keep the updates coming as much as possible as it appears to help and you are all engaging positively which is encouraging. Twitter had become problematic as we would often get angry responses from people in Oxford or Manchester saying we should do the same on their estate.
