Appeal for specific witnesses following sexual assault – Reading

Dear Resident,

We’re appealing for two women who may have seen a sexual assault in the alleyway of Swan Place at around 5.55pm on Tuesday 2 December to please come forward. 

The two potential witnesses were walking down Castle Street, aged in their twenties or thirties and dressed in smart clothing. 

A 40-year-old man from Reading has been arrested and released on conditional bail until 25 February.
