Dear Resident Cycle Marking and Registration Event near you. Cycle marking and registration is a proven deterrent against theft and in the unfortunate event of a theft it can drastically increase the chances of recovery. Please let us know if you can make it and share if you think appropriate. ##Please note the event is dependent on the availability of police resources at the time ## | BIKE REGISTER EVENT | Our NPT Officers will be at St Mary’s Community Centre (Car Park area) on the below date/time and will be marking up pedal cycles and registering them on the Bike Register. Registering on Bike Register means you could be reunited with your bike in the event of it being stolen.
How it works:
1. Register Your Bike – Add your bike details to our National Police approved database.
2. Mark & Protect – Mark & Protect your bike with one of our security marking kits.
3. Apply Warning Label – Reduce your risk of theft by warning thieves that you use Bike Register.
