Theft of a bike Windermere Drive, Wellingborough

Dear Resident

We are appealing for information after a  bike was stolen from a shed in the back garden of a property on  Windermere Drive, Wellingborough.

The theft occurred between 1am and 5am  on 27th January 2026.

Did you witness anything? Did you see anyone or any vehicle(s) in the area that looked suspicious? If so, then please contact Northamptonshire Police on 101 quoting ref: 26000051875. Alternatively you can report online here.

There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your bike:

Secure your bike by looping a cable lock through the front wheel and then through a Sold Secure® Gold standard D lock or chain. Then attach bike to a bike stand or immovable object with the lock  Sold Secure - Security Product Testing & Approval
