Dear Resident, Here is a round-up of what has been happening in Willenhall South, Willenhall North, and Short Heath this last week. 2 males arrested for shop lifting offences in Willenhall Town Centre. 1 male arrested for a fail to appear court warrant. Officers attended the Willenhall Leadership Summit 2026. The key issues discussed were: Ethical Leadership, Collaboration, Community and Enterprise. Officers have done a Police Drop-in session at the Stroud Practice, Churchill Road and Willenhall Library. Issues raised were Anti-Social Behaviour and Off-Road bikes. Thank you to all that attended Officers attended coffee morning at The Salvation Army. Officers attended Winehala Court retirement home for lunch and to meet the residents. Officers have been out with the Scholars Heath Streetwatch group. Thank you to Councillor Simran Cheema for come along and listening to resident concerns. Officers attended Lodge Farm & Barcroft Primary School with Michael Wynter from our Precious Lives Team to talk to year 6 about Choices, Consequences, Joint Enterprise and Knife Crime. Officers have stopped a vehicle for no insurance. ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR Willenhall officers have continued to patrol Willenhall Town Centre, Western Avenue and Bentley West Park due to the on-going ASB in recent weeks, no further issues reported to the Police Willenhall Officers and Walsall Housing Group (WHG) have visited home addresses of the youths involved in the ASB in Willenhall Town Centre and Acorn Mews warning letters and Anti-Social Behaviour Contracts have been issued to the parents and youths involved. UPCOMING POLICE SURGEREIS JAN & FEB: Saturday 31st January 2026 at The Hive Hub, The Square, New Invention between 11am – 12pm. Sunday 1st February 2026 at the Gurdwara, Walsall Road, Willenhall between 12pm – 1pm. Monday 2nd February 2026 at The Queens Lea Community Centre, Queens Lea, Short Heath between 2pm – 3pm. Walsall Housing Group (WHG) will also be present. Tuesday 10th Feb 2026 at The Hive Hub, The Square, New Invention between 10:30am – 11:30am. Walsall Housing Group (WHG) will also be present. Saturday 28th February 2026 at Willenhall Library between 10am – 11am. PACT MEETING! The next PACT (Partners & Community Together) meeting will be held on Wednesday 4th February 2026 between 6pm - 8pm at Queen’s Lea Community Centre, Shephard Drive WV12 4JB. This meeting is for anyone living or working in Willenhall.
