📣 FREE Boxing Sessions for All Schools in Herefordshire! 🥊

We’re excited to offer an amazing opportunity to all schools across Herefordshire through a joint partnership between South Wye Police Boxing Academy and the South Wye Police Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT).

This project aims to support young people by helping them build:
💪 Confidence
🤝 Positive relationships
🧠 Resilience
❤️ Physical & mental wellbeing
🚓 Stronger connections with local policing teams

What’s included:

🥊Free sessions led by fully qualified England Boxing–certified coaches
📅Thursdays (term time) – delivered in 3‑week blocks
📅Fridays (full-day option) – a coach visits your school to deliver several sessions throughout the day

Supporting Schools With Key Messages

During the sessions, coaches and police incorporate vital messages to support schools with any local issues they may be experiencing. These themes can include:
✔️ Respect
✔️ Integrity
✔️ Hate crime awareness
✔️ Road safety
✔️ Other concerns specific to the school or community

This joint approach not only teaches valuable skills but also helps break down barriers, allowing the local Safer Neighbourhood Team to engage positively with young people in a supportive environment.
