ASB Warning Letter Issued

Good afternoon, 

I have issued an ASB Warning Letter to an address on Queen Street, Rushden, which has been identified as a constant source of ASB in the street by residents. The behaviour includes people coming and going from the address at all hours, littering and making unnecessary noise through the night which is disturbing other residents. If the warning letter does not deter the behaviour, and we receive more reports of ASB, we will be able to escalate the approach to the problem.
