We have received reports of suspicious individuals in the Padbury, Adstock, and Buckingham areas, believed to be known as the “Nottingham Knockers”. These individuals typically go door‑to‑door offering goods for sale and may use pressure tactics or attempt to obtain personal information.

Safety Advice

Do not open the door if you feel unsure or uncomfortable.

Always use a door chain or viewer when speaking to unknown callers.

Do not purchase items from doorstep sellers – they are often unlicensed.

Never share personal details, including phone numbers or information about your home.
