An update from The Community Safety Unit

Dear Resident, 

A Proactive Weekend for the Kings Hill Community Safety Unit! 

The Kings Hill Community Safety Unit had a productive weekend, thanks to valuable information provided by our local communities.

Drug Driver Arrested
Following reports from residents in Snodland, officers stopped a vehicle on the A228. A roadside test indicated the driver had cannabis in their system. We are now awaiting the results of blood tests, which will determine the next steps in the prosecution process.

Two Suspected Stolen Vehicles Recovered
In a separate incident, information from a West Malling resident led officers to a van with no registration plates. Upon searching the area, a second stolen vehicle was discovered hidden nearby. Both vehicles have been recovered and will undergo forensic examination to support ongoing investigations.
